Wordstock: Sudbury’s Literary Festival for Readers, Writers and Lovers of Words

The Pat the Dog team is so excited to be North this week for Wordstock Sudbury Literary Festival!

The festival features writers in all forms: short story authors, poets and (our unbiased favourites) playwrights!

We’re thrilled to be working with Sudbury’s Poet Laureate, Kim Fahner, as she develops her first play, ‘Sparrows Over Slag’.

We’re immensely proud of Kim and her fearlessness in delving into a new form. Our collaboration with and development of playwrights expert first in different genres is something we excitedly promote.

If you’re in Sudbury, please join us along with PTD’s Playwright In Residence Sarah Gartshore and the talented France Huot as we present the first public staged reading of ‘Sparrows Over Slag’ at Wordstock (Nov 2-4).
